Amazing! Isaac co-wrote the track and Dionne recorded it - plus it won her a Grammy for Best Female R&B Vocal. Now they're singing it together - "A Man & A Woman"
"Déjà Vu" is a 1979 ballad song written by Isaac Hayes and Adrienne Anderson and recorded by Dionne Warwick in 1979. It was the second single released from her Arista debut album, Dionne. The song became Warwick's fifth and last top 40 single of her 1970s period and her second top 40 single following the release of "I'll Never Love This Way Again" in the five years since her number-one single, "Then Came You", featuring The Spinners.
Hell of a song from two great legends too of my favorite Artist. Isaac hayes is my idol as a producer I hope i can bring back real soul music that a lot of us black people have moved away from. Come on youngsters out there lets step it up musically as black people were usually trend setters so please bring back real music.
