  • :') It actually sounds pretty sexy to me...like archer's engrish in F/SN

  • LOLLISTER. I couldn't stop laughing even though this is the saddet moment in thr whole damn series....

  • Why are people talking about sonic?? Americas voice actor is katsuyuki konishi... not sonics 0-0

  • @Animefestify Kanemaru Jun'ichi, Sonic's voice actor, dubbed the English dialogue in this clip. Hence why people are talking about Sonic...

  • @UmiyuriPapaeyra So its not katsuyuki.... I guess he can't speak english well, lol. Ok , thanks.

  • Hey folks? Did you know that's Junichi Kanemaru you where hearing? :D

    AKA: Sonic the Hedgehog? XDXD

  • "MISS AMERICA."

  • Liet's English is better than America's, I think. XD

  • Why is Lithuania in America's house???????

  • @plapchan Lithuania was working for America during that time...

  • I WAS JUST LISTENING TO LEES OF OLD VIRGINA. You sir/gal, are awesome (:

  • Oh, Sonic...why do you follow me, no matter what fandom I'm in? @w@

  • where can u watch the ful thing plz i want to watch it i cant find it

  • ENGLAND WANTS HIS OWLS NOW!!!

  • PFFFT LITHUANIA XDDD

'Mriss America! Ain tryingto crean up. heer? I do it for you!"

  • when i was watchingthe english dub, the part where america says - this scratch is from that time or whatever- is it just me, or doesnt he resemble canada alot? like, his voice suddenly sounded like his, and he looked like hi, more ( even though there twins, i barely see the rsemblence due to personality)

  • @Animefreakykid The voice actors who do America in both the English dub (Eric Vale) and the Japanese original (Konishi Katsuyuki) also play Canada in their respective versions.

  • The whole "I Won't allow it" sounds like "I want out" :3

  • Sasuke's Voice Actor + Engrish = WIN!

  • WTF WAS UP WITH THE ENDING?!?

  • I was laughing throughout the whole thing solely at the Engrish.

    I feel bad now.

  • @SwirlyisCool I'm going to take this comment with a grain of salt ...

  • @SwirlyisCool You realize this is a fucken fan girl's version of the Revolutionary War. There is nothing sad about our histery except those who think america is a christen country.

  • @TheWaluigiman1

"Nothing sad about our history?" Have you not gone to a history class!? There is plenty of sad things in America's history, and even more connected to other countries! ...... Though judging by your use of spelling, you aren't very old. so this is kind of pointless...

  • @khgrl12 I really don't care about spelling and no one likes a grammar Nazi.

  • @TheWaluigiman1

I'm not a grammar nazi. If I was I would correct you, and I'm not. I'm just pointing out America does have a sad past....

  • @SwirlyisCool Uh... you ARE aware that Hetalia glosses over a lot of historical context right? Like, here America and England (I refuse to use the "human" names since a lot of them are nonsensical) are divided because, to the best of my knowledge, England always wanted to be all "elder brotherly" to America. That's... really not how it happened historically.

  • @SwirlyisCool Not only did England levy taxes and other things that essentially A) Gave a monopoly to the East India Company and put colony-side businesses under and B) Called for the quartering of their troops in colonial homes, it also passed laws restricting the colonists to that particular part of the country indefinitely. Using Hetalia on its own to stand in for proper historical study is a bad idea.

  • AGH ENGRISH IT BURNS.

    but i cant stop listening!11

  • "I WONT ALLOW IT!!

    Go, overprotective England, Go!

  • 0:47: "Okay, then I'll go make some... 'CUFF ME!!"

C'mon, I can't be the only one who heard that.... right? O_O

  • @4evadiamondz Well, he has lived with Russia for a while...probably hard to undo all that behavior conditioning.

  • Their English is cringe worthy XD

But I love the trailers for the Storage cleaning~~~

  • "den ohkay, i'll go make some Cuff for you

  • It feels so weird to hear people from Japan saying stuff in English with there accents...weird i tell you >.>

  • Yeah, this trailer doesn't faze me, but, you guys don't know, I was almost in tears during the actual scene ),:

  • I WANT OWLS!

  • Wow, the one who did England was pretty good! Sounded kinda british too

  • crap... XDDD

i know that am supposed to be sentimental and a little down on this but...

DARN IT the Engrishing kind of ruined the moment! XDDDDD

  • 0:06 - 0:21 I loved that scene. the engrish was.. just.. so great.. :'D

I got the first box set oh hetalia yesterday. i just loved this with subs. <3

  • Ohhh Konishi... Your fail Engrish never fails to amuse me. 8D

  • I understand Lithuania better than America. XD

    Mmm...Noriaki's "I won't allow it!" just made my night~

  • The beginning made me giggle, the middle section with the Revolution made me want to cry...and then the ending just made me die laughing again XD

  • DON'T WORRY.

    AMERICA CAN HANDER IT.

  • @RadioactiveRaisin1 IT'S OKEY.

  • @RadioactiveRaisin1 He can HANDWRITE.

  • At first when Alfred said "Um, no.", I was like - "English ain't too bad." Then, everything else kind of went unexpected. =|

  • So did you mean to only use those, or did you forget there's also one at the end of 13?

  • ENGRISH FTW

  • Forevermore, I can only say "handre" thanks to this xD "Handle" is no longer a word to me.

  • i kinda feel bad for laughing because you can tell they tried really hard but LOL.

  • I CAN HANDRE IT!!! I love that part~

  • I'm actually under the impression that while England is actually ENGLAND he also represents the UK. (Probably because Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland are too busy . . . or lazy . . . )

  • @MaddieKatz Actually, what they call him in Japanese translates to UK. The sub just calls him England because... well, it just sounds better I guess.

  • Nice English you speaking there, America. ;D

  • They tried so hard, but yet they still sound hilarious. I wonder how they feel with all of our random broken jJapanese (desu, kawaii!), ect.

  • miss GASP ist sign of engris really poor poor engrish

  • Aww at least they tried to speak english.

  • 0:18 ohmyoh what I should geylay ow. ENGRAND IS SILLY

  • Ffff... So England IS England and not UK...

  • Cafee :D

  • AHH! TYPOS! I MEANT LIKE, AND THAT!

  • @Animesweetgirl25 Wrat (What) are you tarking (talking) about? That's Engrish their speaking, meaning misprolounced (mispronounced) English words in Japanese.

  • I kinda kile the engrish dubbing more than the actual japanese dub. just thaA) it seems more fitting considering they are English=speaking countries and B) I can actually hear what England said with "I WON'T ALLOW IT!" and with such an emotion!

  • Wtf is he saying at the begineng?

  • @DuncanM810 "mr. america! are you trying to clean up, here? ill do it for you." "eh, no. its just a little shit cleaning. I can handle it. I need to see on my own what I should get rid of." "mmh, okay! then ill go make some coffee for you."

or atleast thats what they MEANT to say. ahh, engrish.. ♥

  • Haha oh, the Engrish! When I first watched this, it took me a couple of seconds to realize they were speaking English.

  • PFFFFF So Lithuanians can speak better english than Americans and English themselves it seems xD

  • don't worry, america can handre it xD

    also, iggy wants owls.

  • FWEEEDOM!!

  • Their dubbing isn't actually that bad... O.o

  • I mean, this episode was actually pretty sad... but this just makes me laugh! xD

  • lemon shit cleaning

  • Pffffttt. Lulz Engrish at it's best xD.

"Ohkay, den I go an' uh make suhm kafay fu yu" XD

  • Oh god XDDD I love how this really is the only thing in Hetalia they actually tried to make serious. And because it's so "serious", I find it hilarious.

    "EI WAND FWEEEDOM!!!"

    "I WAN'T AWOLLOW IT!!"

  • Oh, god, how I laughed at this.

"I SHALL SEE ON MY OWN WHAT I CAN GALLELOH (What?)"

    "HEY ENGRAND"

"I GO MAKE SOME COFFEE FOR YOU"

  • lol

  • I can handle it.

    I can handwriite.

    I can hydrate.

    I get ham raped.

    I get hand raped.

    I can hibernate.

    I'm a hydrant.

    I can hide it.

  • Best. Use of English in an anime. Ever.

And this is why America is awesome, folks.

    .......... IN *AMERICA*

  • i can handre it xD

  • Can you handrate it?

  • I'll take this over the U.S. English dubbed any days. ;)

  • wait question do they ever show this??

  • ohhhh yeeaaah....thats the actual anime.

when I was watching those episodes, it hit this part and I was like "wait, where'd the subtitles go?! 0.o"

then I realized it was engrish....ha..."I cen handrel it"

  • "Aoh no, iz jus a rittle bit ah shit cureaning. I cen handrel it."

............. O.O?! Sh*t cleaning?! *pauses; absorbs; understands* OOOOOOHHHHHHHH, he meant "SPRING" cleaning! That makes sense :D

  • ***Oops. "Iz jus a rot a shit cureaning. I cen handrel it."

  • @bleudevil10 - I don't really think so. While I was watching the subbed version on Funimation, it said "shit cleaning", so as the translated text.

  • T_T I..my heart almost stopped from all that amusement when I heard their slang..it seems that they just can't get the Japanese out of their tongues XD

  • Can somebody provide me with what they're saying? XD

Most lines I can barely make out, but some are just unbearable.

  • (this is old, but) "Mr America! Are you trying to clean up here? I'll do it for you." "Uh, no, it's just a little shed cleaning. I can handle it. I need to see on my own what I should get rid of." (as far as I understand it anyway :P) then at 0:45 "Okay. I go make some coffee for you." then at 1:23 "Hey, England... *unintelligible* I want freedom!" 1:48 "I won't allow it!" I think that's all... I don't know if it's right though xD
  • I think it is "Hey, England, afterall, I want freedom."

  • LITHUANIA I can understand because it's not his native tongue, but Mr. America... I thought England taught you better. Maybe you should have opted for some more English lessons before declaring your fleedom, hm?

As for England... Noriaki Sugiyama, you are a godsend. I KNOW WHAT YOU'RE SAYING IN ENGLISH OMG.

  • @EmmileneRosalina Actually, they were all voiced by the same person when it came to their Engrish voices... that's the sad thing = u =;;;

  • @EmmileneRosalina I can't get heads or tails of what he's saying, but that happens in dubs sometimes too . . .

  • @EmmileneRosalina

wtf that's lithuania?! what on earth is he doing there? lol random

  • @beautybabebuzz Eh, it's a point in History where Lithuania is outsourcing during his famine, making money, gaining freedom. I believe it's during the 20's

Russia takes him back after America hits the Great Depression. He is his ex after all....

  • The song at the end. Lol

  • "I Won't Allow It!"

Always thought England's bit was BA. lol

  • They were actually making fun of China. 1.He said "Herro" 2. Made him act slow. ETC.

  • China said "ni hao," which is just Chinese for hello.

The fansubbers added that "herro" in.

    Unless I'm misunderstanding you.

  • XD omg... Hey Engwand...aftah hohh....I want fweedom! òAò XDDD

  • America can't speak english very well, can he? xD

  • I laughed for 20 minutes then begged god that the hetalia creators wouldn't try to help us poor americans out by putting up their own dubbed series- i would have to kill myself.

    XDDD

  • Neither England for that matter XD lol

  • Thank you, it's my fav scene from the anime *-* so melting!

  • HAHAHAHAHAA "Hrey Englanduh Aftuh ull, I WANT FLEEDOM!!" england was actually really good....

  • I-I feel bad that I laughed as hard as I did at America and Lithuania's Engrish.

    England actually sounded pretty good.

  • Americow wants his fweedum.

  • LOLLL LOLLLLL XDDD AHAHAHAHHAHA

  • I'm so glad the actual storage cleaning episode wasn't in engrish. "Miss America"'s "lot of shit cleaning" would've ruined the mood...

That said, I somehow love the BGM playing here... a lot. I-I need to find out what it's called! D8

  • D:

There needs to be eng. subtitles to understand the englishhhhh

    ;D

  • For shed cleaning it was very epic.

  • I can't handre it. Vely good job, Mistaa Xoee.

  • Gratuitous English is funny. XD

  • random 1776 segment

  • Not random. Very Fitting.

  • I don't think anything fits with I WANT FLEADOM!!!!
