Half-Life Glitch?

Anyone know how to fix the glitch where after using No clip for a long time and then taking it off Freeman walks very very slowly and cant jump ?

There is a trigger_teleport each alien is supposed to fall into after being teleported into the air. However, when the cart is blocking the path for the alien to fall into the trigger_teleport, the alien has no where else to go. The trigger_teleport only stays there for a matter of seconds until a trigger_relay kills it. The alien slave stays on top of the cart, and the cart is removed when the map changes THUS the alien slave being left in the test chamber. :)

The vortigaunt is usually just supposed to spawn from the celing, fall to the ground, and teleport away. But when you pull the crystal out, it gets under where the vortigaunt lands, so he never hits the ground, causing him to not teleport.

Yes, that is a glitch.

no, they dont reach the ground. it happens when you pull out the experiment out of the lazers and stops the alien slave from hitting the trigger that teleports him and he stays there

If you want a guide on how to do this I'll tell you...

Do the test but when you push the specimen into the reactor, pull it back out to the left.

Once everythring goes wrong, vortigaunts rain from the sky and dissapear when they hit the floor. If you pull the specimen back out, this obstructs one vortigaunt's path. It lands on the specimen.

I know what it is, when an npc is on certain "hotspots" they will disappear. But when you push the cart in the antimass spectrometer, if you pull it back out, the vort will land on the cart, and will not unspawn.

I cant remember about this is before or right after Gordon destroy the portal. (or whatewer it is.) But you got portaled out of black mesa.

And comes to a helicopter with soldiers.

i think i know what it is if you push the cart into the teleporter you see vortigaunts spawning falling and dissapear again in the teleportation chamber itself maybe you are standing underneath one spawning but you are standing in the way for the vortigaunt to spawn away and it will land on you then the vortigaunt won't be able to dissapear again and will attack you. i never had that glitch or what ever it is

the reason it spawned is because the vort falls just enough to not hit the ground and spawn out but you pulled to thing holding the xen crystal out and it landed on that and FUCKING PWNED YOU

ITs not a glitch... u didnt show the part where u pushed the Xen crystal into the generator. the only reason the vortigaunt spawned out is because u pulled it out at the end. if u had left it in, it shudlnt have spawned out.

First time I ever played the game, (on easy, by the way) this glitch happened to me. I stood too close to the machine when it exploded too, so I had about 10 health after the teleport, and could not make it to the door in time. Rather than be any semblance of smart and restart the game, I just figured out how to cheat and gave myself all weapons and god-mode.
