@xxlilali94xx You need to give skippy....Bucket of water,Nettle Tea, and Hangover cure(Chocolate dust,Milk,Snape grass).Right click sober him,then use the nettle tea on him, then use hangover cure on him. After than use have unresticted use ability of using the fishing explotions.
