एक गोष्ट लक्षात ठेवली पाहिजे कि नथुराम गोडसे यांचा गांधीशी काही वैयक्तिक द्वेष नव्हता... याउलट गांधी कडून जी काही देशसेवा झाली आहे त्यासाठी नथुराम यांनी गांधीना गोळी मारण्यापूर्वी वंदन केले होते.

शिवाय नथुराम गोडसे यांच्या अस्थी आजही हस्तांतरित केल्या जात आहेत. जोपर्यंत अखंड सिंधू अखंड हिंदुस्थानात येत नाही तोपर्यंत त्या विसर्जित केल्या जाऊ नयेत अशी नाथूरामांचीच इच्छा होती. "कोणी माथेफिरू खुनी देशाच्या अखंडतेचा इतका विचार करू शकतो का " याचा विचार करा!

@shahinindulkar Well he did a lot more than that mind you. He spent the most brutal prison term....unlike the so-called leaders like Jinnah who didnt spend a SINGLE day in jail!

But he believed in eliminating anyone who he disagreed with politically. And I think we are fortunate that we didnt have many leader like him after independence. Otherwise we will turn into another Pakistan. Where every Leader has to flee the country and live in exile the moment he steps down from power...:))

it is Gandhism which affected Indian diplomacy for so long and so badly that despite of being a critical country on globe we have been so INEFFECTIVE in world politics and trade after freedom. Why still China and Pak are having our lands illegally? why do we still beg to US to interfere in Kashmir matters?

Why are we so lame against terrorism? Are we really so weak. It was Gandhism which always imposed us as helpless and poor country in front of world. Remember how Pokhran shook the world.

Long ago when at first primitives used violence it was their basic needs and was fully natural as per DARVIN. Gradually the needs shifted from basic to self actualization needs and Mr. Gandhi must had to be aware that violence is a part of cycle of nature and races who have progressed they fought not begged.

wow...how bravely Gandhi fought for India. What history reflects is that he never tried to fight for his rights instead begging. All his movements started at dissatisfaction and ended with creating hell in country. And if anybody has ever read history he must conclude that the freedom of India was not due to "SATYA & AHIMSHA" rather the political and diplomatic situation of world after world war II. So Gandhi may be the name of a new concept but it was not justified for India.
