I couldn't identify who the officer was in the video due to his lack of proper uniform. I would have asked for proper identification. I don't know what standards that particular department has for public appearance but apparently they are low. If everyone in the group is certified by the state that they can legally operate a motorcycle, then end of discussion. This officer needs to be retrained on how to conduct a traffic stop.
