  • @Harryhern5 Only if you're not getting enough protein through food. You see, Brandon is a machine, but I am not, If I drink protein I may end up with low testosterone problems (I didn't knew that up until recently), if Brandon doesn't drink protein, he may end up overtrainig (and low testosterone, again) due to lack of nutrients to fully restore his muscles. It's all about balance, if you don't have enough energy through the food you eat, you may need it, if you do have enough, you won't.

  • Love the beer option, you can get a body like this drinking a few beers along the way! Loads of guys at my gym drink and they are beasts! Btw if your prepared to eat that much protein which essentially you need to in order to gain mass, be prepared to fart the most deadliest of smells in front of your girl! Great vid ! Sick style !

  • @zIMidnightIz only if you're like below 16 or 17, haven't reached the prediction on how tall ur parents expect u to become and hit too heavy ass free weights (more than your muscles can handle) which can fuck up ur bone growth or some shit which causes u to stop growing so basically, if your parents are tall and you arent, dont hit alot of free weight, maybe max 20lbs n stick to compound exercises like pushups

    1) Watch the damn video, he states a few times that this is what HIS plan is. Even says that you can switch things up a bit concering your habits/goals.

    2) He never states this is a scientifically proven method, and that this is HIS method.

    3) He never said the cheapest protein is the best, maybe he just doesn't feel like shelling out a bunch of money every month.

    4) I'm glad he has his own website, good for HIM.

  • @TheRynoxer well ok maybe it wont make u sore if ur not increasing intensity wich is what i belivce u shud do to get results.. but yeah i knw abt the 6 meals but his meals are huge its amazing how he can eat that much and loose weight. i normally range from 1-3 meals... sometimes 4 if you count the ocasional snacks i feast on fruits... i try to keep it as natural as i can. theres days where i goof up as well and i gain some weight then loose it again... dieting is a vicious cycle of loss/gain..

  • Chicken breasts are much healthier than chicken wings. Back chicken breasts at, I think, 350 degrees for 30 minutes after adding some spices to the breasts and they're delicious.

    i train like this:

    day 1- bicep and tricep

    day 2- muay Thai

    day 3- Legs

    day 4- chest, back and shoulders

    day 5- muay thai

    day 6 - legs

    and day 1 again - bicep and tricep

    i train every day different parts of body without careing what day is it, just careing about the 48 hours recover. anyway, can you or someone tell me if im doing it right?

    my lunch at 1:00 pm i eat chicken/fish with mixed vegetables

    at 4.00 pm i eat soy milk with 2 bananas

    at 7.00 i eat chicken/fish / eggs with broccoli

    and at 9.00 i drink soy milk

    brandon do you think i can loose my 9 pounds for a week with this ? i weight 149 pounds

  • @foroeste1 i would suggest you stop caring so much about what the scale says and worry more about what the tape measure and skinfold caliper says....If you're lifting weights keep in mind that muscle weighs more than fat.

    Also soymilk is known to increase estrogen, which can make fat hard to lose

    Research it if you don't believe me

    i only eat any kind of fruit mixed vegetables that we buy in a bag the other vegi i eat is brocolli chiken white eggs and beaf iam eating only that i just complete ignore any kind of mas bread and ant saturdays i go to a bar to drink a bear at night

  • @lilfinnz i use usn pure protein igf-1, 40grams of protein per serving and very low in carbs and a quality fat burner.

    I cant get tea rexx where i live but i have been using thermobol which has a lot of the same ingredients.

  • @asmukkar you burn 3 times as much fat when you workout first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. after sleeping and not eating for 8 hours your glycogen reserves are empty, so FAT is the only fuel your body has to run on. I am not making this shit up, that is a lot scientific research to back this up. good luck man

  • @BrandonCarterTV It totally makes sense if you're going to burn fat quicker on an empty stomach. I was only curious that being so low on energy you wouldn't be able to get the most out of weight-training from a muscle-building standpoint. Thanks for the help

  • @asmukkar I would not advise anyone who is trying to gain mass or lose body fat to weight train or lift weights on an empty stomch. Yes, your glycogen levels are low, but it is extremely catabolic due to the fact that you just woke up from an 8-10 hour fast. Have some Whey or BCAA's before hand to prevent muscle loss.

I'm 6'2 because my dad was 6'2. Your going to be what ever hight your are genetically predisposed to be. Whey Protein will not make you any taller and lifting weights will not stunt your growth. it's a common misconception
