I was watching this thinking it was on a high-end PC, then realized it was the xbox version. Pretty fucking incredible what they achieved with 6yr old hardware. I mean can you imagine any PC's from late 2005 running this game?

@XxxBOMBTRACKxxX my pc was bought around 2005, :D it can pretty much run every game i put in it, the only major thing i changed is my OS (from XP to 7pro) since some games cant be run on xp anymore. my pc was custom built though... i can only remember back when im looking for parts i just pick up whatever... well i guess it turned out well :D thing is its not yet broken and still has decent graphics and speed :))

The general alien race you're looking for are called the Covenant, obviously they're split into mixed races as the Prophets simply brought races together to fight, (Eg the Drones fight for silver, I believe, Brutes were simply warring with each other, and Elites fought for a sense of honour etc)

damn they really did manage to make the game look BEAUTIFUL on consoles aswell. (Have only played crysis 2 on my pc so far)

No matter how much the angry nerds are calling this a watered down console port, I'm still downright impressed and Crysis 2 is clearly one of the best looking games I've seen. (With Crysis 1 obviously being right next to it... can't decide which looks better since the jungle and the city are so hard to compare. But both look stellar..)

Ok liked the video even though already got through this part anyway my tip is - about 8 mins into video you go through the water well just before you do on the left there is a switch that turns off the electricity for those who may be a bit slow at the swimming!

@jackm6487 actually if you look at it the flood it is a large organism in a way it's not a race the forunners were a race the flood was an infection and made up of both human infected and covenant infected so it's not a race it's a plague although you fan consider graveminds a type of alien so yeah it's a little weird....
