  • Loose the music and talk what your doing and why. Music sucked by the way. If your going to post a video that has to do with working on a jeep or any type of car, truck, suv or whatever it maybe. Explain why an what your doing. I just wasted time watching this video cause you have no reason why you did it.

  • loose the music,

  • You would need to put it on the supply line the arrow facing towards the motor as close to the gas tank. so it holds more fuel. If you put it in the engine bay your only holdin a dot of fuel. It would be pointless to put on your return line. Just make sure it goes like this gas tank --------> engine it will have little arrow on it to show you how it works. it stops fuel from giong back into your gas tank so when you turn the key its on demand. Doesnt not have to reprime the fuel line

  • Did you put the check valve in the return or supply?

  • Perfect, thanks for the advice!!

  • continued from last. if you use your own fuelline please use injection fuel line. If you do not it will blow from the high psi being pushed thru. Its little more cash but is way safer. And they have bolt style hose clamps do not use those little screw ones with tons of cuts in the line. they suck

  • First i would check if your fuel rail has a return line on it. If there's only one fuel line on your rail then you do not. Then i would not do this. You need your fuel rail to return the excessive fuel after it has reached maximum psi. Also if you do this test and find that your check valve is not the problem make sure all your ground wires are ok. Ive seen some that adding ground wires help starting issues and window issues. the fuel line is 5/16 and bmw valve comes with it . read next comment

  • Thanks for sharing! I have a 99 Jeep Grand Cherokee that is having the same problem. Would I be able to do this on mine or is the fuel pressure excessive? Also wondering about the fuel line size...
