  • @SEBLEB1974 - Try what I call the 'skateboard' method, just as you might push with your foot on a skateboard a few times and coast. Get comfortable, go from the tips of your toes to the top of your head and relax ever muscle in your body then count 1-2-3-4-5 and coast as long as you can without thought. Eventually a thought will come back in again but the longer you practice the longer you coast! :-D

  • I am doing the same. I understand. Sometimes people don't. I have a simple solution that I or any regular person that has to deal with life, work and family can do and achieve the same. It's as easy yet the most difficult thing you can ever do..

    Sit or laydown somewhere in silence. Focus on your breathing.

    And then just stop THINKING.

    You get to the same place without the mystical ambiance that sometimes turns people off. That's what I do!:-)
