for best gear use bracers full armadyl and spectral spirit shield with infinity boots. thats what i use because its like +186 mage bonus and at arma you really only need mage bonus. the shield gives+3 pray bonus so not a real need for pray bonus from verac helm. also 99 pray so dont really need it :S
