Actually Windows 7 and XP is not that vulnerable,and also most exploits (secruity holes) are caused by software that Microsoft didn't even make and users installed, and often is also installed on linux (backtrack) most of the times, so it is also vulnerable. In short windows is alot more secure then people give it credit for, hackers and script kiddies just target it more often then *nix , *nix exploits are also common and rarely patched, but I guess y'all will just keep hating on Windows.

one more thing... comparing a purpose built os vs a wide use os is just wrong...like saying.... my directional antenna is better than your widerange... cause i can pickup clearer signals. OS needed is dependent on use... i use bt for site testing but win 7 for all creation.... tho vmware has made all my worlds collide lol

its a learning curve, and, less driver support... but using it from almost any computer via flash drive as an any computer is yours (64 bit = almost any) to play with....priceless...just learn the tools within. you can use this for windows-based repairs when it fails. windows however... for the average consumer is top dog or... ubuntu (free, and the basis for BT5GNOME)... just nvm mac tho...
