I asked someone before if I could transfer someone points (asked one of the reps) and they said no such feature was added to prevent hacking other peoples accounts to buy points for them. Thats why people scam for microsoft cards and not points themselves. This must be happening now because of the feature inclusion.
Now they wont even remove it if you call them..
