oh my god! i was just watching coma and commenting on how i'd seen this and it blew the straight laced judging panel's faces off! 57 different types of AWESOME. i'll always remember this performance. fucking EPIC.
This was her second appearance on the show, after a version, or song sung to a similar tune, of Dolly Parton's, Jolene got her through the first round.
I remember that show, it was on fuckin ages ago, though I never saw this performance on it. I always wondered how an acoustic version would sound (great!). I Love this song, I love little Maxxie. The album is good to.
At first I thought it was a pity TV wouldn't let her use the real line, but then realised it works well as a spoonerism too, doesn't it? ;) "Copping porn", heh.
