  • @asmodia14 didn't use a light other than the lantern wich we try to keep as far from the holes and as dim as possible .heard the same thing about green light,i wonder how a black light with fluorescent jigs would look

  • How much did you pay for your fl-8? I am looking to buy a Vexilar soon and have looked a couple places. Cabelas has them for $320 and I have seen a couple other places that have them for $300. Just wondering where I could get the best deal.

  • @xSFU420x i look for areas with weeds and 8 to 10 ft depths -other lakes i look for deepest holes in the lake but sometimes i look where everyone else is fishing

  • @hectors876 we been trout fishing 12 mile creek there but never tried the ice at wilson - always hear guys complain how lousy it is - heard it was good this past fall though.

  • @SCAREDYCATFISHIN bluegills are good fried up as long as they don't have the flesh worm parasites

  • thats cool as hell man, i knew people ate them i usually just catch some before i go out flathead fishin or to use as cut bait but some times i even freeze them or make a dip bait out of them! i love your videos man, u should describe some of your set ups too, cant wait to see some more catfish videos!!!

    an electrical impulse from a transmitter is converted into a sound wave by the transducer and sent into the water. When this wave strikes an object, it rebounds. This echo strikes the transducer, which converts it back into an electric signal, which is amplified by the receiver and sent to the display.

  • Nice mess of panfish! I noticed the buddy heater in a couple of shots. Those things are great! I used one on the boat in the winter for a couple of years to keep the ole feet warm.

  • nice vid guys. me and my dad took out ice castle fish house up to mile lacs lake,MN and we caught a couple perch, it is too warm for the walleye to bite and it is supposed to get colder so we are going to try it again this weekend

    i'm more than happy with my vex fl8i wouldn't want to fish without it but it would be nice to upgrade to a newer model with the bottom zoom feature -also the newer ones are better for fishing in weeds
