1) If they're going to try and prosecute GWB for murder, I want to know why the rest of the congress isn't on trial as well since they all had to agree to go to war. I'm pretty sure there were a total of 3 or so congress men and women that voted for it.

Bush acted with the authority of Congress, but that war was based on false evidences, CIA and Bush administration manipulated all evidences. There were no weapons of mass destruction and they knew it, and Al Qaeda had no connection with Saddam Hussein at all. It was after the 1st gulf war that Bin Laden developed hatred towards the west because coalition forces had their base camps in Saudi Arabia which is home to Mecca, "holy ground" of the Islamic religion. Bin Laden felt that we defiled his holy land. That's why all the hate. We trained him to fight the Soviets and in thanks he turned against us. Check the history books on this one. No conspiracy here.
