I notice your arm bellows molds in the back there. I'm building my own B9 now. I can make the molds, but what are you using to cast the bellows? What's your process? BTW..I have your site bookmarked.

They are made of liquid latex. To spread the latex evenly in the mold I put two tire inner tubes around the mold and roll it across the floor. Simple but it works.

Wow dude, great job, but how did u know how large or small to make stuff? Was it guesswork? Cause if it was ur spot on. Ur dome looks a lil cooler than the original.What do u think the hooks were spose to be for? Hanging him up or hanging heavy crap to him? How did u get the original dude to do the voice? U think the writers were being ironic naming him B9 (benign) when he almost destroyed the ship in the 1st episode? U got a Robby too? :P Nice work, show the finished job please.
