@purplewolfpimp It's tough trying to awaken family members. Usually they know you better than anyone and they will judge you by any mistakes you've made in the past. The tactic I use is to pretend that the subject is upsetting or confusing to me, and I need their help to understand it. Present any facts you have clearly, without emotional bias, and ask questions. LOTS of questions! When they don't have the answers, offer your suggestions. My point is, don't give up, try different approaches.

As stated in CHISHOLM v. GEORGIA, "at the Revolution, the sovereignty devolved on the people".
Notice how it says "people" are sovereign, and not 'citizen'. A 'citizen' is a subject of the state. E.g. The 'citizen of the United States' was created in 1868 by the 14th Amendment.
The People are the authors of the Constitution for the United States of America, whereas citizens are subjects of the United States.

I hate defining "sovreign citizen" as a sovreign has the rights they have claimed and a citizen has no rights but mere privledges that can be revoked at any moment. Government creates citizens thus the citizen is a servant to government.
Unfortunately there are many words used in the legal system that are tricky and could mean the difference betwen jurisdiction or not.

At any rate, a group of animal researchers were studying Ape's/Chimp's and they *seemed* to be pretty self aware to me. IIRC, it was their "Science Now" program back when Alan Alda hosted it. I'm not suggesting that one (or more) studies is the be all - end all to say you're wrong. It did seem pretty conclusive, to me, it was for sure intriguing. Now... on with the show... :)
