hi beebandloz, you could probably find this track on a few northernsoul compilation albums , the vinyl album that I have the track on is called out on the floor which is a northernsoul compilation album, sorry but I could not tell you if it has been released on cd the album I bought was probably around 20 years ago, hope this helps I suppose if you went into any music stores like hmv they would be able to help you track down the artist johnny bragg, cheers soulman.

Accorrding to wikipedia he was locked up for six charges of rape. The prisonaires consisted of two men who were each serving 99 years for murder and two other prisoners, one for larceny and the other for involuntary manslaughter.
