Two things to say:

1) Yes, there will be a series two. They are already filming it due to Merlin's increasing popularity.

2) I doubt Athur will find out about Merlin's secret, the trailer is trying to make you think he will, to put you in suspense.

And if Arthur does find out, I'm sure he will be very shocked and confused, but I don't think he would send Merlin away.

And maybe it won't be Arthur who finds out, maybe someone else will... you never know with Merlin.

Oh My Gawd!!! Just watched this episode. I am so in LOOOOOOVE with Bradley/Author. And I was literally jumping up and down at the interaction between Author and Gwen. FINAAAALLLLY!!!!

I hope they make a second season. I'd be so disappointed if they didn't. What would I do on saturday evenings then?! lol

I think it's already implied that Arthur finds out about Merlin's magic. Otherwise the trailer wouldn't be set up like that. I reckon Arthur will give Merlin the choice of leaving Camelot forever rather than keeping it a secret or getting him exected. So who knows how it'll turn out :D

This upcoming episode looks great, it is nice to see Merlin with people of his own kind.

I hope you are right! If it does well here in the US, I think they'll give it a second season! On the other hand, I think that the attitude in England with shows is to always keep the audience wanting more while here in the US. is to milk it for all its worth. That's prob. why seasons here are 22 to 24 episodes a season while overthere the seasons are really short!
