  • o yes i know who is the world heavy weight champion of boxing right now.is it vitali klitschko?

o yes the world class mate!

  • @yakourenable

It's Wladimir Klitschko.Vitali only holds one belt.

  • To those who haven't met Big Joe Bugner, he really is a nice guy. No enemies and has only nice words for others. The decision against Henry Cooper in favour of Joe, turned a lot of people against Bugner, and probably prompted him to leave for Aussie. I first saw Bugner in action against H Brown, a non-descript heavy who somehow beat Joe in his formative years. At the Albert Hall, London Bugner set the record straight and annihilated the same H Brown in revenge for that earlier defeat.

  • Ali doesn't want to hit him... It's obvious. I watched one of his interviews and he mentions how he doesn't want to do real damage to anyone in the ring so he holds back, especially when they're nearly knocked out. He realizes that people have lives and families, etc.. You can notice this in almost every one of his fights.

  • @guysenjem thank u. A true champion keeps his head up mouth closed. Shakes hands with a challnger. They dont swagger around like theyre god. I hate to say it but ali was a nigger. He was a great fighter but he was an asshole in and out of the ring. One of my favs...but he was a nigger

  • Flirtyguy34 mma is for guys who cant box. MMA is a sport fr retards once u think of it. Flying knee? Superman punch? Anyone with the reflexes of a turtle and half a brain wuld know to get out of the way. The guy who invented it thot "ill put 2 rlly slow guys in a chain linked fenced area and just watch them attack eachother

  • @JASONNHENCHMENN are you high???????????

  • @JASONNHENCHMENN Prove it? That's right no points valid.

  • @JASONNHENCHMENN

    1. The Klitcshkos as good as they are do not have Foreman power. Wlad couldn't even KO Haye whos a natural cruiserweight and Vitali in his prime couldn't KO an old damaged Briggs.

    2. Ali speed? I see no Klitschko throwing punches in 4/100ths of asecond. Ali speed is comparable to a freaking welterweight.

The K2 brothers are good, they have good skills and are the best Heavyweights of the current era. Hats off to them. But Muhammad Ali was the greatest of all heavyweights.

  • Pitter patty, slapping, holding, showboating, and occasionally losing. I guess that's what everyone "thinks" makes a great champion. I don't get all excited when someone pounds his own chest and yells and screams about how great they are. I don't fall for those child-like antics. Blame on MTV or the multitudes of TV watching stupidy. Give me a truly dominant heavyweight champion like we have now. K-2 rules.

  • Funny how everyone keeps talking shit about how the K-2 brothers suck, and yet no one has been able to defeat either of them or even come close for the better part of a decade now. Lenniox Lewis was regarded as a great and then Vitali retired him. Suddenly we are supposed to believe that for a decade the world has gone through some gene depletion that left absolutely no great boxers. Every excuse in the world. So dominant are K-2 that everyone else seems to suck.

  • one flaw Ali had,the insults he directed at Frazier, the very man who helped him return to the ring. Ali really should make a concerted effort to put that right so they can enjoy old age gracefully without bitterness

  • @4653219 people forget that-would ali have done the same?-well said

  • @JASONNHENCHMENN haha, your trying to wind me up, not biting:)

  • @JASONNHENCHMENN HAHA he woulnd´t he be able to hit him once, Haye dodged most of his punched and road the ones that hit him, and ALi was much faster than Haye. Klitchko is a joke, and so is todays heavyweight division. Any half decent boxer would beat both of them.

  • bugner and ali would have beaten the K brothers, probably on points.Haye was a jumped up cruiserweight who took advantage of little competition in the present heavyweight scene.Only have to remember the epic battle between frazier and bugner to see the difference between the and now.

  • @4653219 So Bugner would have beaten Lennox Lewis too? OK, whatever.

  • @guysenjem. Don't agree. Bugner was a clever fighter and would have had a bit too much ringcraft for either Klitschko. Ali struggled to lay a glove on him. All Bugner wanted to do here was avoid getting hurt and collect the purse. In this he was entireky successful. British fight fans weren't amused though. Like Haye he talked a good game and led some to think he was going to make a serious challenge.

  • Would Bugner last 15 rounds against either Klitchsko? Clearly he would have been knocked out like nearly all of K-2s opponents. Ali would look like David Gaye at best against K-2.

  • @guysenjem Are you a twat or something?

  • I'm sorry but, Who the hell won the fight?

  • @leo96r1 Ali, via UD.

  • A pretty shitty fight really. Ali looked sluggish and off balance, and coasted through much of the fight. Got the job done though...

  • The Klitchkos would so easily destroy either of these fighters or any fighters from that era. Their problem is that they are too dominant and White. The media always tries to find reasons to discredit white champions.

  • @guysenjem klitchko would think thrice before risking to put his entire busket into the ring with Ali. even if he did dare, Ali would fly circles around klitchko bros + lennox Louise put together.

  • bugners a hard bastard. he just aint ali though.

  • did you hear that punch Ali landed @2:38

  • ALI WAS A RUNNER IN THE RING PERIOD!

  • @Tex200950

Did you have your whitemad blinders on? I saw Bugner the one backing up and on the ropes.

  • Bugner was a better heavyweight than Lennox Lewis.

  • at the end of both ali vs bugner fights ali was in hospital a week pissing blood bugner was in a swimming pool drinking cocktails! thats how much damage ali took. still the greatest of all time.

  • @JamieF250686 What kind of Fool are you? Bugner NEVER touched Ali. Every person on this blog comes up with some shit they read about an Ali fight that has nothing to do with other. I read a comment where a guy wrote Floyd Patterson sent Ali to the Hospital for a week. George Chuvalo sent Ali to the hospital. Joe Frazier, Cleveland Williams. All that bullshit. Ali whipped ALL their asses and half of 'em are dead. NO, Bugner NEVER sent Ali to a damn hospital you fucking retarded dickhead.

  • definalty agree......Ali was the greatest of all times as simple as! no boxer ever manage to sent ALI to hospital get ur damb fax's right..

  • @bangitslo Media and everyone said that this was an easy match for Ali, but Ali himself said that it was the hardest match he had fought so far. I'm not pretty sure, but I think that Ali went to the hostpital to check out someting after this fight.. im not sure but I think I heard that form a duconentary about Ali...

  • 2:39-2:41 ali threw 3 amazingly fast uppercuts that bugner didnt even see. niceee lol

  • I was just pointing out that Ali used the same punch in the Bugner fight that he used to knock out Sonny Liston . Joe Bugner did go the distance with Ali and this was a testament to his own greatness . I lived in the UK for 5 years as a very young child . I was an Air Force Brat at Bries Norton AFB and Milton under Witchwood 1963 to 1968 . I have Very Fond Memories of my time there and absolutely love the people of the UK. Had The opportunity to go back and visit in 1978 .

  • LOL, the BUGNER SHUFFLE .. what the hell, 3.14 after a good combi from ALI ,CLASSIC.

  • BORING...

  • bugner was better in this fight

  • Bugner was better in this fight, long live the British bulldog?

  • @810177

bugner was like the nigel short in chess

    just fell rock bottom

  • What goes through peoples minds when they click "dislike" for a battle like this? Hmm....

  • does anyone even know who the heavyweight champ is right now? I dont and dont care! boxing lost its attraction when Ali left the game. Tyson revived it for a while but its pretty much dead. MMA is the big thing now. and honestly its no surprise as its much more brutal. and yet at the same time its also even more scientific because of all the differant techniques that are brought to play. Ali was the greatest even Tyson said so! Ali was The MAN!

  • @flirtyguy34 see 1:21 of the 15th round Ali hits Bugner with the Anchor punch ,the same punch he knocked out Sonny Liston with in their second bout in 1965 .Ali was amazing!!!!!

  • @TheAldonjor Bugner took Ali's best shots for 15 rounds and was still standing at the end. Totally under-rated Boxer especially here in his own country UK. People never forgave him for beating Henry Cooper.

  • @flirtyguy34 Not really? boxing is more technical than ever now, much more advanced. and Boxing is still big and doing better than MMA and will do so. Boxing has always been a steady face. 1970s Ali was the face of boxing. 1980s Leonard and Tyson were face of boxing, 90s had alot of great fighters too, and today we got floyd mayweather. So sport isn't dead.

  • 2:39 Bugner attacks, but Ali punch him 3- 4 times.

    Cool!

  • Some people realy shouldn't comment if they dont know what there talkin about! Name me a better boxer then ali????? Thought not!!!!!!

"I DONT ALWAYS KNOW WHAT I'M TALKIN ABOUT BUT I KNOW I'M RIGHT"

  • THE GREATEST AND STILL THE GREATEST!.....

  • @aemarika are u retarded, look at him just dancing and jabbing,so ....ing what?retreated from a guy who cudnt hit at all,ali just looks like a punk

  • Bugner..just a little bit boring!!

  • @borderlord let's see you last 15 rounds against that mother fucker, mother fucker

  • @JesusWasADerelict See ...even his fans are boring!

  • was this be4 or after ali vs frazier 3

  • Too bad Ali was a draft dodger.

  • @Trashfished Best thing he ever did. Why go fight poor Vietnamese rice farmers? Dodging the drafts was the most moral thing he could have done.

  • @jimboedwardlee OK lets all refuse to defend our country and let it be destroyed! You ignorant libs dont even realize that brave young people died so you can sit there and post your stupid little comments in a free society.

  • @Trashfished You have to know what Wars are important and what Wars are not - the last legitimate War the US fought was World War 2 and the War in Afghanistan

The rest since 1945 have been bogus

  • @Trashfished You make me laugh- I doubt if you know the first thing about Vietnam. Here is the proof- After the US pulled out of Vietnam- Vietnam fell to the Communists - how did that affect our freedom? Many Vietnam supporters including McNamara the Secretary of Defense has conceded that Vietnam War was a mistake. So what you are saying about my opinion is bogus- Ali was right - and Why has he been awarded the highest honor a private US citizen can get by the US government? You lose

  • @Trashfished Nobody cares about that

  • @jimboedwardlee little people such as yourself that get their info from jon stewart and M.T.V. dont.

  • to gragrn. You're right. His critics in the UK forget the massive achievements of this great heavyweight. They never forgave him for beating Cooper, but he boxed on the international stage with far greater success than Cooper and was highly rated in the USA. Many think he threw the fight with Bruno and took it only because they paid his tax bill and various other debts.

  • Joe Bugner went 15 rounds with Ali twice and Joe Frazier once. Imagine that, 45 rounds with two of the greatest heavyweights of all time. Only man to do it. Well done Joe Bugner!

  • most people wouldnt know this cat but bugner went 15 with ali.Pretty good

  • @chrisbucknell1 Yep! Think about that, some guy most -US- boxing fans haven't heard of went 15 rounds with the greatest of all time... 15 ROUNDS. If someone like Tyson had survived 2 rounds with Ali it'd be an "epic" fight by todays standards. Truth is if Joe Bugner had gotten into the ring with Tyson at the height of his success,Joe Bugner'd be the man who killed Mike Tyson. There are a few fighters today who could have made it in the 60's/70's fight game, but too few for my liking.

  • @jjbad12 would the be the same Joe Bugner that Frank Bruno beat up?

  • @HugoRune1976 Yeah, since Bugner's first pro fight was held when Bruno was about 9...

  • SO TRUE JJBAD12=)

  • This fight was the fight that inspired Stallone to write Raging Bull.

    Amazing.

  • @jamesstafforduk

ha, ha, ha, what can I say?????

  • @jamesstafforduk , Stallone did not write Raging Bull. He wrote Rocky. And the fight which inspired him was Ali-Wepner.

  • a real shame that there are not 15 rounds today !

  • u saw that shit lol joe was mockin ali

he try 2 dance like em

thats one thing joe is not he is not ali

ali beat the crap out of him

    ali wins

  • 1. there fighting in Kualalumpar (i dought you know where that is i've been there its fucking hot)

    2. he's from Englang it's fucking cold

    3. it should have been a draw at least, it's only because Ali was the champ that he won

    4. Ali KO the likes of Fraisure and Formen

but couldnt but Bugner on his ass

    5. your talking shit!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • @paddyoooooo mannn fuck u!!

    ali won! end of story!

  • @ghettoshadow111

yep man, these people (Ali haters) just don't get the message.

  • @transcendingtimeiam You Speak the Truth !!!!

  • @paddyoooooo uh, it's because Ali gave him a fucking boxing lesson that he won. Very one sided.

  • lol ur pathetic

  • bugner fight well, i has reach to arrive at the last round, and there wase a very little boxer that can this against ali

  • @turamba Very eloquently stated.

  • @turamba you have to remember ali is way out of his prime at this time though. although i do agree alot of boxers wouldnt have done so well even in a lost to ali lasting 15 rounds, he wouldnt have had it had been in the 1960's

  • @oneske what are u talking about? Ali won every round in this fight. Ali got the win because it was a mismatch not bec of his name. I scored it 15-0 Ali.

  • Woudlnt call it a mismatch, just Ali won pretty easely.

  • Ali in this fight is a shadow of his former self. This is a poor fight in comparison to pre exile Ali.

  • @bry187uk Ali saw himself in the mirror a bit in this round:)

  • I feel sorry for modern boxers. There's no competition like there was in the 60's and 70's. The few standouts today simply don't have challengers of the same caliber, so they're not as well tested as the old breed.

I'm not trying to take anything away from modern fighters. It's just a different game than it was back then.

  • @jjbad12 and we will not have the same legends again

  • @jjbad12 You're absolutey right

  • @jjbad12 but new breed woudl fuck up old breed if any punches would land

  • @jjbad12 i dissagree..theres alot of good fighters at the lighter weights..i think that heavyweights are just lacken..even cruiser and light heavys..hell the middleweights suck 2

  • No steroid freaks in tosse days just real fighters"!

  • joe is doing better now

  • You guys have no idea who you have been watching. Ali V Bugner is one of those fights that boxers watch to learn from. I watched that fight live in 1975 and I can tell you that modern heavyweights are just meatbags compared to these two.

Ali was the greatest boxer than ever lived. Bugner should have won the fight but lost due to biased point scoring

  • Comment removed

  • Muhammed Ali is the greatest pure boxer of all time, not based on who he beat or didnt but based on the most fundamental principles of the art of boxing itself..

  • lol, Ali is not even close to being the greatest pure boxer of all time. If you think he is you haven't heard of all the guys who were better than him.

  • @FlaviusConstantius not only is Muhammed Ali the greatest boxer ever, based on the most fundamental principles of the art,(which you will realize yourself if you ever actually box),but he is also the most extraordinary person ever to box!!!!!!!!!!

  • @onlyjoetee lol, no he isn't....and no he isn't!

  • @FlaviusConstantius Do you actually know anything about the art of boxing at all from an actual doing point of view??or do you just sit at a computer, eat and talk nonsense??

  • A doing point of view, eh? Well I know enough of doing boxing to know that Ali is terribly overrated, with mediocre skills, little pop and a porous defense, and what an insult it is to the greatest of the great to tout him as the "greatest boxer ever".

  • According to you Ali is mediocre. OK let's assume it is the case but if such a mediocre fighter could KO Foreman, Frazier, what greatness do you see in them? Are you a plain idiot or do you just not want to accept the facts of life. Keep it up, live in denial, good for you fragile ego.

  • KO Frazier and Foreman? Where do you get this silly nonsense from? Futch pulled the plug on a fuming Frazier just as Ali was getting ready to quit on his stool. Big George was waved off despite getting up at 9 and Ali never rematched him, in spite of the big money on off and George loudly calling him out.

  • @FlaviusConstantius

Hey, Mr Know-it-all, who won this fight? Frazier's was a TKO and for Foreman, a plain KO. Get your facts straight, pal. BTW, have you heard a song called "Coulda, Woulda, Shoulda" by Celine Dion? I believe you should listen to it and get the message. Thanks for your time and comments.

  • My friend, you don't even know what a KO is. I'd hazard you don't claim Holmes KO'd Ali.

Bottom line is, Ali never showed much class over Foreman or Frazier, certainly not enough to justify his fans rating him so far ahead of them.

  • @FlaviusConstantius

Let me upgrade your knowledge, pal-

Ali lost to Frazier by Decision (Unanimous) in 1971-38. Then Ali won against Frazier by Decision (Unanimous) in 1974-1-28. And again Ali won by TKO 1975-10-1.

And against Foreman it was a KO win in 1974-10-3. Ali won 3 matches out of 4 against these great boxers. Who's better? If you asked this question from the youngest person you know, what answer would you get? blah, blah, blah, Ali WON!!!

  • Difference is, I put things in context instead of parroting easily digestible soundbites.

If two boxers meet close to their prime and then meet again a decade later when both are shot, do you give both fights equal weight? Frazier spanked Ali when it mattered most.

Foreman was unable to spar for a month beforehand due to a cut and was effectively held prisoner in a military compound. He was in such poor shape he was exhausted after 3 rounds. Ali never gave him a rematch either. Context.

  • @FlaviusConstantius

Don't get boxing info/records from gossip columns and always go for the official records. Have you been listening to failed drunk boxers a lot at dirty old bars lately??

    Thanks for the conversation anyway!

  • Heh heh, official records, eh? That's a cop out and you know it. Nearly all Ali's fights are extant, watch them for yourself.

I don't need "official records" telling me Ali beat Jimmy Young or Ken Norton, any more than I need "official records" to tell me Ramirez beat Whitaker or Toney beat Tiberi.

  • @FlaviusConstantius

Ali transcends time and there's no any other boxer even to come close. The thing is Ali 's legacy is not only boxing but it's something like that of Marlon Brando's.

I see there's no point in talking any more. See you, perhaps, at another time.

  • "Ali transcends time"

Don't dispute that. He was clearly a charismatic and iconic figure who transcended his sport, but it's also why he's overrated as a boxer.

There were dozens of better fighters than him, but they didn't oppose the Vietnam war or become civil rights figureheads, so they're below the radar of modern day "boxing fans" who tout Ali as the "Greatest".

  • @capablemachine

What are you talking about? Ali clearly won this fight.

  • @TommyGun7111 I don't think I wrote this.

  • it doesnt matter..ali got better training, this guy didnt...ali knew when to punch him, this guy couldnt see it coming..stop saying dancing is a decoy, well if the other guy was SUCH a great boxer he could have got around it..point is ali beat him up..if the othere guy got bad training then why is it only ali that he was losing to?

  • Ali is very good in small doses, the rest is just dance, prance and clutch. Ali benefited unfairly from being awarded points for making purely stylistic contributions to his fights. Greatest athlete in boxing? Maybe! Greatest boxer? No way!

  • Ali and tyson is still the greatest legend in the history of boxing. Like pele and maradona in football.

  • ive never seen this fight b4, it looks like that white dude could have won this fight if he had a better trainer or something. i only heard of him because hes a contestant on a british reality tv show an he still looks like a fit guy 2day.

  • wait who won? someone reply to this please

  • Ali, on points.

  • oh shit joe loooks ugly when he gettin a beatin for ali

  • Ali dances for 2 min and fights for 1 ,Rocky marciano still the greatest go and watch jersey joe v marciano .

  • wtf? 15 rounds i thought it was only 12

  • it used to be more than that in the early 1900's what you think about 23 rounds?!

  • i would think thats a death match not boxing but look at them they were tough i mean ali and bugner fought the last round like it was the first. the new generation of boxers are strong but look at the i think they wouldnt last the rounds like the old days

  • they fought last roung becouse 14 rounds they looked eachother, this was very boring fight..

  • Why does Tyson always become the target in these videos?....Tyson is a great fighter, why do yall always nag on him and bring him up on a Ali vs. Bugner video?

  • Tyson was great when he first started out. Good boxer puncher. Problem was with those early fights where he knocked everyone out and they all ran from him. He got to be a 3 or 4 round fighter and got annoyed and frustrated if he didn`t knock everyone out early. Forman had the same problem when Ali beat him. Ali NEVER wanted a remach with Forman. defences sucked later in his career

  • Ali was passed his prime at this stage but even so to go the distance with him even then took a super tough fighter, many of those punches the he threw at Bugner would have knocked down most others but Bugner was still standing hardly phased, as I say I think Bugners handicap was that he was too nice, Ali was also a good soul but not in the ring, given half a chance in the ring Ali would go for the kill, Bugner one the other-hand seemed to hold back his full power.

  • Dear God Bugner was boring to watch.

  • Muhammad was alot faster had intelligent then Mike Tyson, I mean mike would only get frustated and look at him now. He has a retarded tatoo by his right eye.... lost his front teeth too lol.

  • fuck tyson, this man could box

  • tyson was a good boxer but he got knocked out by danny williams

  • he ducked alot of great fighters...

  • Okay if you guys are talking Mike vs Ali, try and figure out who's smarter and quicker, then you'll find your answer.

  • can u tell me why ali is smarter?

  • i never said ali was smarter lol

  • ali had the most unpredictable strategies ever mike just had the weaving and the hook

  • @enzarto i know mike right hahahaha if mike and muhammed where both 20 mike would beat his ass up trust me

  • @zaantjedam123 take a second look at the post, did I mention any fighter in particular? I actually could care less who would win.

  • bugner is the greatest Dutch bokser ever!

I'M Dutch! but Ali is the greates of all-time!

  • Bugner is English you prick not Dutch

  • Hungarian actually.

  • woopy fucking doo

  • Tyson was much smarter than people realize hes got a great boxing brain and knows more about the history of the sport than anyone so i dont think you could say ali would out smart him, as for who would win i aint got a clue.... would of been great to see tho!

  • if ali was to outsmart him it would be with words and tactics in the ring, they would not sit on the ropes having a discussion about history

  • Ali had a great life a head of him when he was a kid. tyson might be smart but when he was a kid he was stupid and he is only clever with boxing (if that makes sense).

  • basically, ali was a smart fighter. always fought about wat his was going to do. Tyson was just a big muscle street fight. but ali was fast and smart.

  • Anybody who thinks Tyson would have stood a chance against a prime Ali is plain crazy. Cus D'Amato himself said Tyson would have been no match for Ali. If you want an insight about how that fight would have ended up, look up the Ali-Patterson fight. Patterson was everything Tyson tried to be, but with more heart in his thumb than Tyson had in his whole body. He was even trained by Cus as well. Patterson held on until the 11th, Ali would have taken out Tyson in roughly 8.

  • George Foreman > Mike Tyson

  • if u were up against tyson you tell me.. would u want to get back up?

  • Tyson fought a lot of cowards... Just take a look at one of his knockout reels... a lot of punches don't even land. They come dangerously close to landing and then the opponent just drops to their knees in fear and refuses to get up....

Ali, Marciano, Liston, Frazier, Foreman... these guys were real fighters, not cowards... They lay down for no man.

  • Mr grant, you understanding you mention 4 eras of boxing. Any of these guys you mention barring Tyson would be champions today.

  • Me encanto ver como las chicas que anuncian los rounds, tienen un vestido, jajaja asi o mas mocha la sociedad.

  • Tyson would have been destroyed by any of the old fighters. Ali would have toyed with him, Foreman would have destroyed him and Frazier with his big heart would have outwilled him.

  • Gee Bugner really looked like the white George Foreman!? only a lot worse, move forward little or no head movement, fire away when in range, and or block ali's counters!? lol, just like big George only not as menacing! Give him credit for going the distance, and not going crazy early on and spending himself like Big George,in the end though i think he was just happy to be there and go the distance with Ali.I respect him for that.

  • Great video:) I five starred it and am your lifetime friend and subsciber.

    be happy NOW

  • tyson is a bludering fool with a hard punch surrounded by lacking fighters, thats why he won fights, Ali would just wear him down and knock him out like he did foreman. If you forget lewis knocked tyson out and ali would beat lewis

  • yh when tyson was not working out and he had problems in his prime tyson would knock out ali(he had stamina as well)boxers slowly became stronger and faster(the good ones like trver berbick and micheal spinks)tyson in his prime would destroy ali, frazeir and foreman and tyson has head movment and has speed agilty he's foreman with less power but more speed and reflexes

  • Ali would beat tyson round by round ali is too fast and tyson has no brain so that's it

  • ECCO DOVE L'AVEVO VISTO!!

  • bugner a recitato anche in numerosi film di bud spencer interpretando la parte del cattivo che passa dalla parte dei buoni..un grande attore e pugile non ce' ke dire...un vero peccato ke al 15° round abbia perso le forze
