i love these horses. i've seen them twice now and i cant wait to take my daughter to see them this year! she's still too young to realize whats going on, but still.. haha
Slovenia isn't exactly the homeland of the Lipicaners. The Lipica-Stud was property of Austria, and the area around slovenia was austrian, too. But after the war, austria lost territorys. So the borders were different and Lipica was slovenian. That's the reason why the Piber-Stud is built.

I m proud. i live in Slovenia where is the mother land of the Lipizzaner horses. buth the name is not Lipizzaner but Lipicaner!!!!!!!
