I´ve had similar condition, trying different things during 25 years in hope of cure.I found now helps me more than anything. Potassium regulates the waterbalance in the body, lack of it makes it impossible for water and nutrisions to penetrate the cells. Means the cells lack water and nutritions are not utilized as they should. Potassium is the number one substance, on which other activitys depend. Adelle Davis has written about it. Low heartpressure and bloodsugar are signs
I totally agree with the comment below. What an amazing vlog! You have so much dignity, honesty, charisma and wisdom, and you really don't deserve all these health issues. I'm sure this vlog will be of HUGE comfort to any other people in a similar situation.
My mom has had it for very long from a carcrash as described in this video. I have to help her out quite a bit. Very difficult disease that my mom wouldn't wish on the worst enemy.
Thank you very much for sharing this..I, too, am a sufferer of this disease.. I had to quit work, docs told me time to stop working.. Was a difficult decisions, I have tried since, but to no avail... warm hugs to you...

Hi! I am 27yrs and have FM. I enjoyed your video and think your funny. Thanks for making me laugh. Just remember that you are not alone and to never give up on any dream/goal you have.
I've just became aware of all the videos and info on YouTube about FM. Ijust wanted to say thanks for sharing your experience with us who live it and to make others aware of what living with FM is like.
You hang in there, and keep being positive with your head to the sky Grrll. Be good to yourself and try to do something good for yourself everyday, no matter how little it may seem. I'll be in touch.
Hi sweet friend. I can feel your pain and I can hear your awesome open heart. May you inspire many- let's join forces! It can be overcome and it can be a tool for good, even though most days are filled with pain. Bless you abundantly sweet lady. :)
Doctors and scientists dont care about Fibro. If we were dying from it, then they would be working on a cure, or at least trying to find out what it is. Its crazy, they have no problem giving us heroin and morphine. I am so glad to finally be able to see you! Sorry I was not in contact sooner, these past 2 weeks have been really hard. Keep the videos coming!!
I've been off work with CFS since January, so I know how you feel with the fogginess and everything else. Definitely helps to have a sense of humour! Mine's pretty twisted lol Just as well, really. Keep making the videos :)
hi, i watched your video and i am in the same boat as you are..so your not alone. i was diagnosed 13 years ago and the fm/cf has not gotten any better but i will say keeping stress whether that be physical or mental at bay helps me. i am a disabled nurse and we need to be assertive in regard to docs. keep fighing for what you need. happy holidays.

I was diagnosed with bipolar, and fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue. There is a online group
called Daily Strength, come join us there.
Look me up, I am Lady Smitty. I think my bipolar
was also misdiagnosed.
