This was later in the fight, I was shocked how long it took security/PD to show up. The brawl ran through a bunch of tents snowballing before turning into a mob in that open area. That lady hitting people with her weave was the craziest part. The whole thing took so long some people who were fighting at the beginning got tired, went back to their tent for a beer, and came back to watch other people get pepper sprayed. Whole thing was a weird mix of comedic and surreal.
