hey guys Im 5'9 147lbs., I want to have sixpack abs at the same time build some muscle. Problem is I don't know what exactly routine to follow, do I have to do cardio and lift weights to lose the fat or just lift weights alone??? cause some said doing cardio will burn up my muscle.
@ball4life27 do cardio and weight lifting the weigts make you stronger and the you will burn more calories cause of the extra muscle and cardio doenst burns muscle unless you dont eat

@j0j0joanna Primarily this workout would be ideal for the days when you dont have much time for a full workout, or maybe you are having a "weak" day, or perhaps you just wanted to switch up your movements.
This would also be ideal for an extra boost to burn fat or extra calories e.g. like right now after the holidays.
As you touched upon - one of the best ways to stimulate growth is to switch up the routine now and then.
Hwvr, supersets are best when mixing large muscle grps with smaller ones
@F4DiNh0 My advise would be to focus on dumbbell flys and cable flys for a while. They target the inner area of the chest. You can also finish off your chest workout with some dumbbell pullovers.
In any event the gap may simply be the way your body is formed - I wouldnt worry about it too much, as long as you are doing well rounded, full body workouts everything will fall into its rightful place.
@F4DiNh0 in addition to the good advice awhodatt gave u I would say try close grip bench press as it works the inner chest. not TO close a grip cause you will just work your triceps really. but close enough to where your inner chest more than your outer is being targeted

my problem is that i have maybe the same gap u hav between ur chest or maybe a few cms more ,, is that normal?? nd how do i enclose this gap
