Man,I'm on 2 sets now--done at the midpoint of my skill sets rounds.I'll do 2 rounds striking,2 grappling,2 weapons,2 MMA,2 with all of these combined,then do my own Rhadi-Frank Shamrock-yoga-wushu-Olympian athletes inspired bodyweight routine for 2 sets,then repeat the skill sets and allegedly do 2 more bodyweight sets at the end of round 20.Haven't got there yet.I expect to be there in 1 month though.
This is GORGEOUS man.Rhadi's workout is a BEAST and dawg you gotta be on BEAST MODE to knock it out the way you just did...especially at the END of a jits workout.Marshall,brah...my name is RAS FLETCHER and I have a workout similar to this (minus the walkouts but with some gymnastics drills in its place) and I have ULTIMATE RESPECT for you being able to do this routine man.Supa props to ya,dawg.I'm subbing your page and hopefully you'll sub me back.I'm going to put up a few of my workouts too

@Ge311rgo In this particular workout I did it after a hard training, sometimes I do them fresh as well, I usually do a min or 2 rest between the workout
