It is used in Alpha as an activation code to gain access to the power of god, Shiva uses it to empower the artificial god, Gan Eden. Cobray uses it to channel the infinite power of the Dis Lev. Both are saying the phrase to gain access essentially to infinity in some form.
I think it was originally planned as an event battle. However they decided to take it out. This event is still left in the game just never actualized in game. Due to the bug though, this event could have surfaced. This is pure speculation.
now that you mention it Cobray (Ingram possesed version) adresses Shiva by name he doesn't appear like that since around stage 12 and I don't think that someone could hack enough to put dialogues with the same voice actor as in the game
Could be possible to hack in Ingram/Cobray as a Pilot, since the character is playable for a breif moment. Either way, Ingram/Cobray doesn't normally appear in this stage, even on the Cobray route (at least on the first run, that I'm sure of).

300,000 damage is impossible without hacking. The highest damage you can legitimately get in the game is about 120,000, and to get even that high you have to have either fully twinked Ideon or a fully maxed out Unit 01 and 02 performing Unison Kick (i.e. in THE POWER stage), maxed stats, 300% synch rate, using Soul, and counterattacking to take advantage of Asuka's Revenge ability.
Or it could be one of those special fights, where it's decided to be a certain amount of damage? Like when GaoGaiGar fights against Palparepa Plus and wins, then he attacks and deals 655k damage.
- Max out the weapon, or the weapon used in the attack.
- Give Cobray Gunfight to the max.
- Raise his RNG stat as much as you can.
- Use Hot Blood
And BTW, Ain Soph Aur gives damage like that a lot during the game, it's the most powerful single-target attack from the game (being Ideon Gun the most powerful overall)

Finish the game as each character, making sure you do all the different paths - 4 plays is enough to get every possible stage done. Once that's done you'll get a final optional stage with all the originals. Play that then start a new game (not a replay game, a brand new game). You should start with everyone.
Its a bug though, so you'll find you'll lose characters as you encounter them in the game. The Zengar you start with will vanish when you meet him in game for example.
Its a bug in the game. If you start a new game (not a replay) after playing one of the optional stages you can get the characters from that stage. Do it after doing the final special stage (unlocked after playing every level in the main game) and you can get all the originals.

That's the problem with plot armor...if you're supposed to die, you'll take well OVER 9000 damage from a vulcan.
The upside is being able to survive a universal caticlysm with about 10 health left.

Nah, fully twinked Ideon (At 170 Morale, 400 Shooting and Max Upgrades) only does about 80-90K
Don't know about this "Special Mode" or whatever, as I've never tried it yet
