Nice. BTW, NT's shutdown sound is NT's startup sound played backward. Obviously, the XP sounds are the most realistic because the actual/original sounds have piano in them.

You didn't quite get the Windows 98 startup, Windows 2000 startup or the Windows XP startup sound right (mostly not grounding the chords with left hand accompaniment, or playing the wrong inversions / suspensions. Nevertheless, it took me down memory lane.

1 -- that was beta and as such he missed a shitload of variations (although thinking about it he did do Vista Beta. . ...)

2 -- Whistler's startup sound is just Windows 2000/ME 's sound reversed (with a few other irrelevant modifications)

I would personally rather have one of the 5.0 beta sounds (win2000) over whistlers anyhow....
