Mohave County Sheriffs office notified me that the my charge of false reporting is UNFOUNDED. The case Citation # 10-007365 has been closed. Sheriffs office non-emergency # is: 928-7532141

I and the photographer went later to the Mohave County Sheriffs Office and filed charges against the rent-a-cop. Citation # 10-007365. These goons always seem to get away with falsely charging citizens, so we felt it important to make sure that when we actually caught one on film that we do something about it.

We are still waiting to hear if he was actually charged. He is still at work as of yesteday at the Mohave County Administration building.
