Great poached eggs in minutes......I bought mine from an ebay store called pease-of-garforth-diy and they were delivered within 48 hours! Highly recommened...thank you.
A poached egg is submerged in water, and so it cooks throughout. This doesn't make poached eggs, it make a soft boiled egg without the shell. I guess they thought "Poached" sounds better in ads or something. Nothing wrong with soft boiled eggs, especially without the shell to deal with, so why the misleading pitch? Kind of annoying.
Misleading advert, to get anywhere near an edible egg you need to cover the pan otherwise the bottom cooks and the top does not, even then it's not great, the egg sticks even when well greased and you burn your fingers trying to pop it out.
I love poached eggs on toast and have these in my drawer, they stay there, the traditional method is best, good try. but no! I sooooo wanted these to work!! but they dont

@tenserrrr Most likely you might have used them wrong. They work pretty well, but they still don't work as good as a normal pan poacher.

What they can't show is how the eggs taste. I have these, and there is a very distinct "flavour" that leeches out of the silicone cups.
