  • \,,/ ````(*_*)```` \,,/ ["OZZY!!!!!!!!!!"]

  • Rest in peace RR.

  • it don't get no better than this yes...a madman..i love it i love randy rhoades.

  • I forgot how goddamn damn good this song is,especially that opening................

  • It's a myth

  • Brutal Legend anyone?

  • @SteamWolfy yes, driving at the swamp \,,/

  • @uoppo OMFG I havent played it in so long

  • l legend anyone?

  • @SteamWolfy Typo

  • Randy's the reason i got into music...he was and always will be my inspiration...rest in peace...wish i was born before u died so i could've seen ur legendary shows

  • know why Rhoads went to hell? because Little Nicky wanted to meet a legend such as him (let me know if you get the referance)

  • Randy Rhoads - forever young.

  • Is the version the without Kerslake and Daisley's tracks?

  • Rhoads more than likely would have gone on to compose movie soundtracks, orchestrations... full classical scores etc.

  • great song! Randy you are the best teacher!!

  • part of the music reminds me of silent hill.

  • This "song", has become SO much more than just sound to me,,,,,,its the pledge of allegiance in and of my Life!!!!

  • that riff 4:15 ...damn

  • does anyone know if its actually true that randy stole the beginning from a classical piece?

  • @Mrguitars1000 He studied classical guitar so maybe. It's sound familiar. Maybe a Bach piece? He wrote for guitar.

  • @Mrguitars1000 how about

    it doesnt fucking matter

that intro is so well recognizable and so perfectly adapted to a guitar (if your theory is true) that even if he did

whos gonna foul him on it now

    homeboys dead

worst loss metal faced in that era

    anyways

most of what you hear nowadays is a very changed and morphed form of older 80s era riffing and song structure

    nothing is "new"

    new is relative anyway

  • @6lackMetal6o6 umad? i was just asking, calm down fanboy

  • most EPIC song I have EVER LISTEN, TANK YOU OZZY

  • @StandardiOrten Bravo.

  • Is this with the original musicians or is this the overdubbed version?

  • masterpiece... just masterpiece.

  • I could say rest in peace, Mr. Rhoads but I won't. I won't because I know that wherever you are the peace has been broken by the untouchable genius that flows from your guitar.

  • @MegaRhcp4ever I'm 17 and I know ozzy was With black sabbath all of the 70's pretty much.......they booted ozzy in 1979

  • now my life is complete

  • A song of contemplation of someone/ anyone loosing there mind , . What a incredible voyage and composition. Only Ozzy could connect the lyrics. Rhoads way before his time, but right on time. Broke the mold.

  • I got this cranked and the wife is yelling at me "What is that!??!" " You would never understand I tell her." This sort of music got me through a lot of teen anguish!!

  • Comment removed

  • lots of drugs

  • my favorite song of all time andit describes me word for word

  • This song is me when i'm not drunk...WOW! I spelt that right...not drunk enough I guess...

  • @OzzyFan87 me druck or not

  • @OzzyFan87 spelled "spelled" wrong. Unless you were using an ancient grain ;)

  • I met ozzy!!!!

  • Like this comment if you think THE METAL will always top the pussy music of today!

  • 4:16 damn time for a new chair lol

  • one of the best songs ever

  • Scares the #$%^ outta me but makes me love Ozzy more

  • why Ozzie's managers did not make a video clip w this great song ?

  • Gravediggaz > This

  • @Mrbeepxtreme120 You trollin' sir?

  • @VideoMask93 Kinda in the place and way I said it, but I do believe Gravediggaz version is better lyrically.

  • Normalcy Bias... lol.. you fucking brain dead institutions of suppression..... Wakey.. Wakey.. morons... psychological mind games are for those who haven't mastered their fears...?

  • @Blodwen0404 You don't make any sense and have immediately set me with a bias against you with your abrasive attitude. Good job trying to get your "message" out.

  • My favorite by Randy Rhoads. R.I.P.

  • If you like this song for the lyrics, may randy forgive you..

  • best song in history, better than Stairway, better than Ace of Spades, better than He Stopped Loving Her Today, hahaha!!!

  • fuck yes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • The guitar riff before the solo is in my opinion the best dark riff of metal and the guitar solo is esquizophrenic. RIP Randy my first inspiration.

  • @jjmora05 its good, but the one in sabbath bloody sabbath, now that's some heavy stuff :L

  • @MrTimmyjones uff yes!

  • Whether or not you like metal, or rock and roll, or music in general for that matter, you must agree that this was and is absolute genius. Anyone with even a marginal interest in lyrical depth and talent must appreciate this timeless masterpiece. For all the haze that the partying can produce, this song is a timeless epic.

  • God Bless Leo Brouwer.... Simple Study No2

  • I had to go buy another album cus I wore this song out on the first one!

  • 23 people have bad taste in music

  • Randy is always has been always will be my inspiration

  • Teh best album with Ozzy and Randy.

  • @MyMetallica16 Noob u fail'd :D "21 peepz are stupid because (insert reason why they disliked) <--- lawl you already put reason; 'Cuz they're stupid.

  • This is Ozzys best song. Only true people can understand the soul and playing along with it amplifies that. Thank you Ozzy and Randy.

  • @Mastecon21 douche

  • goose bump!!!!

  • A sickened mind and spirit

    The mirror tells me lies

Could I mistake myself for someone

    Who lives behind my eyes?

    Will he escape my soul

Or will he live in me?

Is he trying to get out

    Or trying to enter me?

    most epic lines ever written!

  • @adriankalebra666 best part !!

  • @adriankalebra666 I totally agree.....100%, amen brother!!!

  • @adriankalebra666 : INDEED!!!!!!!!

  • @adriankalebra666 Possibly, but Randy's best work was on Mr. Crowley, in my opinion.

  • 4:16

  • thats magick

  • @swebuterc it's so badass you needed an extra letter for the word! :)

  • @s0medudeonline maybe he actually doesn't know how to spell it :O

  • they raised me as a black sheep to have a child, and instead of the baby maker they brought in the madman pix

  • the heavy section about 4 minutes into this song has got to be one of the most epic moments in all of music history. I'm listening tto it on full volume and it just blew me away. and the ending too with that evil sounding choir. what a masterpiece.

  • This song is remake of an old classical piano song. Randy was hugely influenced by classical style playing.

  • What's this song about? Really? I've heard it's about drugs and manic depression.

  • 5:42 gave me the chills.[i really had goose bumps]

  • the "diary of a madman" is the Bible...Ozzy is a believer...i think he is a modern day prophet!!!

  • @thieberto OZZY = GOD OF ROCK

  • God damn if Randy didn't change the fucking world. What an amazing song!

  • what a great great song! bravo Randy + Ozz!

  • Theme song for my sophmore in high school @.@. Long live ozzy!!

  • Great job to the Band and Randy Rhoads that really did truly help them make amazing music! \,,/>.<\,,/

  • this song is absolutely brilliant, this is perfection

  • Leo Brouwer Etude simples no.6. I think a little inspiration came from this lol.

  • this track is straight fiiiiiire

  • unforgettable!!!!!!

  • Sometimes I wish the heavy riff that begins at 4:15 would last longer, or AT LEAST be the last part of the song as it slowly fades away with an Epic finish. Thumbs up if you agree.

  • If Ozzy didnt have Randy he wouldn't have done shit...

  • @Gilmour3 so we go back to the future??the great thing about all this.is he did..you dont like it ..i do not care...oh by the way ..ever here of black sabbath

  • @Gilmour3 on and randy.would have been quiet riot supreme

  • 2:42

  • "This song has to be the measuring stick for the Heavy Metal Classics!"

  • Randy at his best for certain. Ozzy as well.

  • who is puling my teeth

  • randy at his best

  • sounds like mort from family guy

  • 21 peopple have no sense of madnes

  • Randy Rhodes? I think FUCK YES

  • @thatzizname5150 its Rhoads

  • @MetallicaA9595 Yeah. lol sorry.

  • Nothing like listening to amazing musicians play real music like this while stoned.

  • This is the bullshit reissue that Sharon ( Cunt) put out because they were not paying writing royalties to Bob Daisly. They erased Daisley's and Kerrslake's parts and got other ppl to play new drum and bass and they totally ruined a freakin masterpiece!

  • @michaels2boys yes they were paying them royalties but the greedy bastards wanted more.

  • @michaels2boys yeah its funny how rookies dont know the difference

  • 20 people had their mental health screamed away

  • RANDY was definitely a superior guitarist!

  • ES PARECIDA A DIGGIN ME DOWN.. CREO Q SE BASO EN ESTA CANCION PARA COMPONER LA OTRA

  • 19 people have a bad taste in music

  • @jprince3 IGNORE THEMM !!!!!!!!

  • @jprince3 Make that 24 people!

  • my dad blasted this in the car when i was little, been one of my favourites ever since. they call him the prince of darkness because he earned it

  • HELP ME SAVE ME FROM MY SELF!!!!!!!!!! we all miss you Randy Rhoads

  • this is my song ever!!!!

  • I got chills and a huge stiffy.

  • I recommend getting the 1995 remaster (used because it's out of print) or the 2011 Legacy Edition Remaster with bonus live CD. Both of these versions feature the original band members. Blizzard of Ozz has a great 2011 remaster as well if you don't have the '95 version. I recommend the '95 version of Bark at the Moon because I've read the 2002 remaster is heavily edited and altered. Ultimate Sin hasn't been remastered since '95 I believe so that's the one I ordered. Check Amazon.com or ebay

  • Wow this sounds great. Ozzy and Randy are pure genius. Listen to the melodies Ozzy comes up with my god the guitar is out of this world. Ozzy has a great tone to his voice and I think he is a very original and under rated singer.

  • love the remix

  • People...if you want the original...you'll have to get it on vinyl. Mrs. Osbourne had Ozzy's early albums remastered with new players. Why that happened...I don't know, but it's pretty low.

  • @TheZunigal The easy answer for why is royalty rights. As for many things, the answer comes down to money and control/power.

  • Comment removed

  • @TheZunigal i had blizzard of oz, diary of a madman, bark at the moon, and speak of the devil on vinyl. they were originals i had kept since the 80,s. they went underwater in hurricane katrina.

  • @TheZunigal

you can get the original, or the 2002 remaster, its digitally only its the same players, but with bonus songs. i dont mind these remasters but when theres new players that is a really low blow

  • such a dumb album cover....

  • o o ooooo oooooo badan best riff ever rip randy

  • o o ooooo oooooo badan

  • 4:14 baddest goddam riff i ever heard

  • you can stick your 19 dislikes straight up your asses

  • the intro is similar to an etude by leo brouwer... a min in number 5, i believe...

  • masterpiece.

  • God Bless Ozzy Osbourne!

  • @mikestrachan1 Can't wait for that documentary, man. It will be the first and only real documentary about Ozzy's real life story.

  • 1981 was agreat year 4 metal 4 sure thumbs up if u agree

  • Some say Randy Rhoads is God... but he's ok...

    Rhaods is far more superior!!!

  • Cool I got the highest thumbs up with just stating the obvious! Ok here's another to beat that 14 thumbs up

  • by far Ozzys greatest work and album I hurt my neck headbanging to this more than once

  • Is this some kind of remix?

  • Comment removed

  • @SuperSquishface This is not the original, it sounds like it was recorded in a festival lavatory

  • @DieByMyHand1

I realised after listening, I thought I removed my comment!

They have re-mixed the sound, it is awful!

  • I remember many nights driving my car in the middle of no where (West Texas) listening to this track on my cassette player. Years ago.

  • is there a chance to gain thumbs up without a reason :D?

  • @Nightscorpion13 No. Haha :)

  • The drums on the marching part are really terrible. No feeling whatsoever .

  • @JonHawaii2003 How the fuck can you hate that part?! hearing Randy play the acoustic guitar so well was enough to make me tear up....

  • @JonHawaii2003 Then again it could be because of the god-awful 2002 remasters.

  • @fraroc Exactly. It is horrible.

  • @JonHawaii2003 The drums sound like they've been played in a toilet. And the bass sounds extremley clunky. Bob Daisley and Lee Kerslake are the superior rhythm section without a doubt.

  • @fraroc Not to mention Bob's lyrics.

  • @JonHawaii2003 you know, watching the Osbournes I always thought Sharon was the coolest tv mom ever. Now I know how much of a heartless fucking bitch she is.

  • @fraroc She is the ultimate fake. Her life is one big front. Too bad she pulled the strings on his career. If only Ozzy had a set of balls but all he cared about was getting high and drunk.

  • @JonHawaii2003

Yeah I have always thought the same thing...but truth is, Ozzy wouldn't of gotten to where he is today without her...she managed him when they had no prospects or anything...so it kind of works both ways for them, I mean she got everything organised, Ozzy just came and sang...
