straight up animal abuse. these bears are obtained through the illegal pet trade when they are too young to be taken away from their mother. since the mother will not let the young cub go, she too is killed leaving the poachers to take the cub and sell it to places like these where they are not fed until they perform the tricks. it truly is a sad story.
