GO TO THE COLEGE AND TAKE ALL THE INGEDIENTS FROM THE ARCH MAGES QUATERS AND THEN GO TO THE OTHER SIDE OF THE CASTLE WHERE THE ALCHEMY AND ENCHANTING TABLES ARE, AND TAKE ALL THAT STUFF! THEN GO BACK LATER TO GET MORE, BECAUSE IT ALL REGENERATES! ;O) ALSO YOU CAN STEAL FROM THE OTHER MAGES ROOMS.
@SouthmarkGaming IT depends on your relation within the town. IN whiterun its really easy to get the Thane title after you kill the first dragon. At that point, people will let you just get away with stuff alot. Course...you could always put a basket over people's heads and steal whatever at any point. If you burn it for skills, you dont have to worry about trying to fence it later.
ok heres an easier ideal... This is what I did.. First, In Whiterun go to Arcadia's Cauldron.. Just buy all her ingredients, eat one of each for first time..keep waiting 48 hrs n buying.. upgrade gear with alchemy/smithing/enchanting.. Invest in Riverwood trader(500) for over 10K..sell potions, and upgrade gear..make iron daggers along way and pick up soul gems(48hrs).. Use thief/mage stone also..Rinse repeat. couple hours later your over 100K profit and skills up, n ur ready to make Ubber gear

Any sort of requirements to be able to do this? Quests, Speech perks, etc. - or do I just wander in any alchemy shop and steal the whole thing?
