I think it's very possible for David Tennant to come back for an episode in Dr. Who. He would just wouldn't be the doctor but rather the human form of the Doctor that married Rose in the alternate Universe. But that would also mean getting Rose to come back too. And seeing that the Silence are still around it could mean that all universes are in danger so they may need to help fight the silence too. Right?
