It was usable in Musou 2. It just sucked. At least, you could in the American version. Dunno if you could in the Japanese version.

@JackgarPrime Actually, you can use it without getting owned. It just takes some planning. I got that achievement for completing the mission where you have to use a Zaku Tank and the other achievement for doing a different mission in a ball.
