I agree G is not protecting his daughter. His agenda is protecting the secrecy. Everything was "peachy" with protecting each others' secrets until someone died. Now it's falling apart b/c it's a house of cards.

No, the attys' can say anything they dare during the opening statements----it's the only time they can do this--they never have to have judge approval first. Their only risk is losing jurors confidence at making too many claim they can't provel

No offense, but do you think kc killed Caylee? If so, why wouldn't she have let her abuser be close to her? She LIVED with G. Of course he was close to her. kc is a sociopath with no conscience. I don't get why people find it so hard to believe she'd let G near Caylee (??) She is a murderer, what do you expect?

Actually, if I were on the jury, and a ballot was taken today, i'd be undecided (I suppose vote against guilty), until more testimony comes in. So far neither side has any evidence. But JB has his reasonable doubt at this point.

Jesse Grund was the first to tell the police--back when they're engaged of her telling him of her suspicions of her father, and brother molestation. That would be around 2005--long before Caylee was killed.
