@neoregulus777 the lights alongside with other medical equipment are standard provision from Toyota for the Himedic ambulances (based on the Hiace) they sell in Japan

昔やってたフジテレビのドラマ思い出しました。

それにしてもハイエースのストロボはアメリカ顔負けでかっこいい­ですねぇー。ゼロクラのタクシーもかっこいいです！
