Hookah tobacco has .5 nicotine and a normal cigarette has up to 10% ... hope it helps. By the way if you smoke once in a week or 2-3 times a week you wont get anything

I work out so lungs are very important to me. Purchase 3 Kings coal, Starlight kills your lungs.
