  • nice video but 1:18 is cadet time!! xD

  • "Don't try this at home!"

    made my day xD

  • Well have you gotten any faster? This video is 3 years old!

  • And whats your time here?

  • Ehhh, 1:18.5 seconds? No talent.

  • Mate whered the cadence go?

  • A good example of how not to do a standing start!

  • @samnet70 except for the part where he did it

  • Can't remember, sorry. Maybe 50x15. I could probably calculate it from the speed and cadence.

  • Which gearing did you use?

  • Actually, my cadence should be higher, so i'm not going fast enough or my gear is to big.

  • maybe use higher gear? Or is 110-120rpm ideal for TT like these?

  • Nice post. I imagine with data like this riders can fine tune their pacing to maximize performance. I wonder if one could sustain a higher average wattage by avoiding the max wattage in the beginning. I would love to see different splits being used to see if one to reduce the severe roll off on the last 200 meters.

  • Wattage display is probably downloaded from something like a Power Tap hub. It will record speed, power, rpm, and torque, and will load the data into the computer. Interesting power curve - looks like a Wingate test. Except this one is a about a minute long and the longest Wingate I have done is 30 seconds. The 30 second test is PAINFUL!

  • Great video! Terrible pacing though...I can feel your pain! How did you get the wattage display? Please post more.

  • lekker bezig albert! ik mis wel de video van de prullebak;)
