@imhere667 according to international laws a country can prevent a ship from breaking a blockade even if the ship is in international water (san remo petition).

the ship was offered to port in israel or egypt so the IDF or egypt could scan their goods to make sure they don't have weapons. the ship refused.

the soldiers were armed with paintball guns (riot control weapons) and 9mm pistols (sidearms) which they were ordered to use only in case of threat to their lives.

@alkpap They traveled because the so-called "peace flotilla" went through a blockade. All the IDF wanted to do was check the ship like every other ship that enters. Since the ship did not comply with the LAW they had to board it. They even carried paintball guns because they did not wish to kill the people. Unfortunately the people on the ship planned on killing them and actually gave an IDF soldier brain damage. This was a justifiable act by Israel. Sorry but I just wanted to inform you.

I saw another video showing how the first soldier landing on the deck instantly gets attacked by the mob on board. This so called "Peace Armada" was nothing more than a way of provocating the Israeli forces to intervene, it would have succeeded if it was not for the angry mob.

Israel and Egypt even offered to hand out the relief aid for them, but they refused the offer. Now the blood of these "Peace" activists is on their hands.
