  • try using hairdryier the same time you are installing it

  • THX for posting this!

    Got exactly the same problem, tried almost everything, cleaning with water, drying (since thought its wet in first), flatscreen cleaner, alcohol... i dont get it :(

    Did you got any resonse yet??

    I've bought this kit, ebay item: 270546271219 from visualtouchworld

    @tarzanna75

    Think ur's was a previous version, they now advertise it like the thinner 4th generation or smth.

    THX for your very nice installation videos btw also lost the screw covers :P

  • @N0rdmann i have bought it also from virtualtouchworld and no they didnt answer my mail. The touchkit site however answered but they didnt help.. I left the panel outside for about 5 hours on the morning with sun and now the bubbles are very few only in the center.. Its annoying but its ok... I dont know how to dry it completeley.. As you said it seems that any liquid wont do the job.. :(

  • @N0rdmann the chinnese man that responded to me wasnt helpfull.. either me or him has a problem with english :P.. its not my main computer so i stopped bothering.. after months the moisture has been reduced but still visible not so annoying though. I have heard that maybe those little balls we found at shoes when we buy them called "Silica Gel", will fi x the problem but i havent tried it yet.

  • thanks for the advice.. i already sent this video to the seller on ebay..

    the strange thing is that it wasn't like this the first time.. the problem was really small.. this came after i opened the acer again to clean the panel..

  • Wow - that really sucks. Your kit is different than mine was. My panel wasn't flexible - so I'm wondering if that is the problem. It almost behaves like that film you put on for screen protection with PDAs or portable devices.

    My recommendation would be to request a refund from whomever you bought it from and then get one of the hard plastic panels instead.
