@M1ST3RHYDE Most composters don't flip end over end...but either way there's going to be some material in the center that barely moves. I've never played with one of these before, but I'm curious to see if it's more ergonomically effective.
As for coffee grinds, they're not too toxic. Put them in the compost pile for the worms to eat up, they'll love you for it.

There is More to it then Just wanting to Save Your Back to Do Much safer exercises by using this Composter.
They DO NOT have enough aeration holes , start drillling.

Is there any reason the it turnes top to bottom or would it benifit my future Composter to turn Clockwise & AntiClockwise.
My main Question is Can Kaffee Grounds alone be used as good Compost Material or is it too Toxic for Worms &/or Plants even after being Mulchified?

@M1ST3RHYDE Coffee grounds alone won't work. You need some carbon content like dry tree leaves, cardboard, shredded paper etc.
