She will be able to implement her knowledge from Arizona with development in farming in Africa and (Quilombos) villages in brazil.

Yes, this is the youngest daughter. She's graduated with degree in Agriculture Crop Science. Currently, doing work with USDA.

If it was me, and I was black. I would establish ALL BLACK SCHOOLS. Take it from history. YOU VERY MUCH CAN 'beat' intelligence into a kid. Uniforms, discipline. Current systems don't allow for black students to get the hard-core discipline you need to become a top intellectual by adulthood. YOU CAN GIVE THOUGH. Create a SYSTEM to create intellectuals. The rest will fix itself.

You're correct, Black schools is one key and such has and is being done. The key to keeping them viable is a public that will keep them funded and sustained. Yes, the goal is to create intellectuals with the right personality.

I would need 30,000 words to go into this: World is what it is. Africa is colonized by non-African forces. Need to fix that. Next: Africans themselves, have many 'warlords' easily bribed by those foreign powers. That has to be fixed first. next: MANY super genius non-blacks would happily lend some PRICELESS GUIDANCE; don't let pride get in the way of success. If you really want something like this: so much bigger than idealistic college kids.

Once vetted, all people who are willing to assist should be allowed.

The reality is that even with the problems and challenges that exist with Africa, at one time Europe had even more challenging issues in some respects and hundreds of millions died as a result of it.

Idealistic college kids become major factors when they are matched with those of us who have been applying the practicality for many years. Together we must accomplish the tasks.
