@saucier01 He not only tuned the motor perfectly, but he tuned the truck so it would handle so well. Very few people can get this much power and handling out of a tmaxx 3.3, me not being one of them. Thats the reason there is no more MT class in racing, because MT's in general are hard to tune since there is almost no tuning points on the truck, and they are meant for bashing not racing.

if you listen to it idle, its not a special engine, if you listen to it accelerate, its running on the stock plastic pipe as well, if you listen to the powerband and the amount of RPM its turning, its not ported.

Goosing the throttle like that puts a lot of undue stress on many components. The clutch, will slip. The slipper clutch will slip. You will end up with stripped gears. Stripped wheel hubs, and a wrecked engine. And it just makes the driver look shit.

run a os carb from the cv-r .18 ,,,a os 5 plug with a THS tuned pipe. ,,,set high speed 3 half turns out and low speed flush with the carb hosing and you will be close to that tune byrons 20 % 49,,,,17 gearing with truggy,s wheels.I have all kinds of crazy shit ,top speed beasts as well as out of the hole monsters.Its all in good time (hands on )........
