I just turned 48 My dad had a stroke & an infection, his blood sugar level was 720 when we took him to the emergency room. his levels had been normal until then... they think it may be because of the infection. the stroke has left him weak & bed ridden. he also has a bad hip & small fracture due to his age they say surgery would be risky. I will be caring for him . thanks for your kind words. :)
@kipperbuck I haven't been tested, my mother is diabetic... my father is in the hospital & now on insulin shots, he is 90 years old, I will be giving him shots when he goes home.
