There's absolutely no misandry in the lyrics, which are very straight-forward: the narrator lusts after a punk rock chick, one who is a social outcast, often called names by people in the neighborhood. This doesn't affect the narrator's feelings about her, however. It's very simple, old school rock & roll stuff. A song about a cool chick. Liking/disliking the band is subjective, but using the term "sexist" is definitively wrong.
