This gives a good impression of how it works and if you don't think rational and just be open for this movie, you will see that it's not some that can be fixed. It is a struggle for life and these girls (boys are being forgotten most of the time but they have it too) have to learn how to live with these thoughts and vision. I'm not saying I'm a pro-ana, but I just wish these girls could be approached differently. Comments like "get help" is not something that works. They have other needs!

I agree, encouraging something like this is wrong. Yeah its an illness, but you can get help. there are healthier ways to stay skinny, but being so skinny your bones are all that show, its just gross, and wrong. I hope you don't make another video just to encourage others to do this...

And I hope that you all get better. I currently have a sister who is anorexic and bulimic. She ate my dads birthday cake and threw it up just this evening. She is currently passed out drunk in my family room. This doesnt just affect you, it ruins families. My family has been torn apart for the past 4 years because of her troubles with her eating disorder. You dont know what it's like knowing that your older sister is slowly killing herself. Just take care of yourselves.

the problem is.. IM 35 and have had an eating disorder since I was 14... I have two children and am currently 40 pounds overweight i dont LOOK like I have an eating disorder... not everyone with an eating disorder is stick thin.. I have been everything from 98 pounds to 180.. eating disorders dont only make you thin.. they mess up your metabolism too and unfortunately unless you are about to die you dont get help from a Doctor
