Man, you can just see her visibly struggle with the song, willing her voice to not crack, trying to focus harder as if that would take away from how damaged and weak her throat was from the bulimia... it's so sad, so crazy that no one seemed to notice it at the time. I definitely remember thinking, when the first rumors started to swirl about her, I wondered if she might have an ED... and I didn't like having to be proven right, but still, I am very glad she got help and is where she is today.

@Loveislouderlovatics yeah you can seriously tell cause like when she was singing "here we go again" she wouldn't hit the high notes. :\ but i think she's one of the strongest people in the world because she knew she needed help and she got it, and it's not always easy for people to admit that. now she has one of THE most amazing voices i've ever heard and ever will hear in my life. i love her to death and she's my biggest inspiration too. lovatics forever<3

her voice is so damaged, its crazy... she could barely hold out a 2- second note without it cracking... now, since shes got help, she can hold out those amazing vocals like in skyscraper! love you demi, and so glad you got the help you needed!

You can tell that she's really trying to sing and straining her voice because of her problems. It's so surprising on what you can hide with a smile. You can here them at 4:40 that the lady says her sister is chubby but she shakes her head and says she's beautiful. I love Demi Lovato because she's such an inspiration to me no matter what other people say.
