When I was running that design I had not yet come up with a sealed vessel to test the output volume but it became painfully obvious that with that three pole design it drew too many amps and heated the water excessively. I mean with a PWM it might stay under control but with the way the heat gets generated and the amps increase with heat its like a continuing domino effect and I dont even care to find out how hot it will eventually get before it creates a failure somewhere.

What is your LPM out put and current in and voltage and water temp.?
