  • Absolut inget fel med att göra bänk på sättet du gör det på, jag skulle mer säga att det är korrekt utförande för säker träning då du inte utsätter dina axlar för farlig belastning med mer än 90 gradig vinkel. Blev helt klart glad när jag såg dig göra bänken.

  • @qandalfTHEgray Gött att höra! Jag tycker även det känns bättre att köra såhär då man inte riskerar överansträngninar i bröstmuskeln. Men antar att alla har olika åsikter också...

  • @RevilationGuitar91 The reason i don't do that is becouse i wanna have contact all the way, and it has given me better results this way =)

  • @Blackened57 it gives more results to arm muscles but if you take it all the way down it takes more to your chestmuscles. :) First i did the same that you do now and didn't see the results in my chest but now i can see it better when i have taken the pole all the way down to the chest :) Good luck with your career, you're still doing great !

  • @RevilationGuitar91 Well, i guess it depends on how your body works. I know a few people that takes the bar allt he way down and they get results faster, bot for me it's the opposite. Thanks man =)
